Rightio! As i do every now and again I decided to record myself a little dubstep revision mix. I can only seem to revise to tunes I know really well, so yeah I thought id put together a mix of just dubstep classics. Some new, some old. All fucking good. Anyhoo, it ended up getting a little epic at 2 hours 10 mins or so, but yeah the mixing turned out to be alright so I figured id upload it here aswell for anyone interested! Oh, and as always it was completely unplanned.

Considering how long it is I was pretty happy with the mixing in general, only a couple of dodgies, and one instance of needle + dust = den of drumz skating right across the record.

Suppose while im here I may aswell point out that A) Qawalli is still one of the greatest pieces of electronic music ive ever heard. And B) The little "phwoeeam" noises after the big snare/bass kick in 3rd choice that comes in after a few repeats is ACTUALLY insane. The most teeth clenchingly horrid piece of wonderousness in all of filth-ville.

Would be interested to hear what people think of the mixing, cos I swear I judge my own stuff too hard sometimes. To be fair, I dont often go through someone elses mix carefully, mix by mix, listening out for any signs of tweaking before looking into a mirror and shouting "YOU'RE A FAILURE, YOU'RE A FAILURE" over and over till I cry myself to sleep.

Be as critical as you can (I swear I missed the 32 on a few mixes...which I got to say I normally dont. Possibly a bit on the lean side.)

i`ve been redirected to this topic after clicked link for 2 Hour Dubstep Classic Selection from electronicexplorations.org site and i was hoping i`ll see more comments on mixing etc but it seems i`m gonna give this mix a try even without comments...

Ah bollocks! Im afraid not for a couple of weeks unless anyone else is commited enough to upload it somewhere for me temporarily

Im back home with my parents for the next couple of weeks and im just using their computer at the moment, I dont have the mix on this computer, and funnily enough I can't download it and reupload it myself...cos ive reached the download limit
