.aiff ---> .wav HOW?

I spotted this link on here:

Very nice samples i can use, but there all .aiff!
I cant do anything with it except .wav samples. Dunno how u change it.
Im using FL6 and i want to use them if possible!
Can anybody help me??

If you've got soundforge/wavelab/cooledit or some other audio editor you can open them then save them as wavs.

Ive noticed that these programs are not free software. Is there any free software available? Or what about other methods? How do u people use these .aiff samples? Oh and thanks Bushby!

You're right they are not free although this one is:

It's called audacity and I use it a lot at work because we're too cheapskate to by a proper audio editor and to be honest we don't need to buy one becuase it does everything anyway.

Get Foobar. It's a great music player and plays every format there is. Converting multiple audio formats (mp3, aac, ogg, flac, asf, monkeys audio or even audio files inside zip files) to WAV is as simple as selecting a whole load of files, right clicking and selecting Convert to......

You can do it with iTunes. Set the import function to wav and convert it. If you have iTunes.
