Hey guys, stumbled upon the forum last night and saw about a hundred topics for how to make wobble bass, so i thought i'd have a go.
This is what i managed to come up with for a first try, using fruityloops 6.
I'm more into my drum & bass, but recently started listening to some dubstep like Caspa & Rusko.. Sukh Knight.. DZ... mainly stuff i've just found off peoples mixes. good shit!

Any feedback would be good, i know its not great so any tips from all you dubstep gods?

Come on, 15 of you have downloaded it but nobody has anything to say about it?
It's not perfect, and it's not meant to be a decent original track, i'll work on that when i've got the basics.. What I want tips on is how to make the sound better. How's the synth/bass? What did you like or hate about it? Anything!

Ah, get used to people not saying a lot and downloading a lot mate..
Bass is alright man, got a good start to a tune here, personally ive been producing dubstep for 2 years and only JUST started experimenting with wobble, its not like "the thing to use" just for a heads up, use different wave forms, adding different effects on it, automation etc.. Its your choice really.
Like if you check my, myspace/virb in my sig, top tune "Venus Fly Trap"
I made that on FM8, with 5 of the oscillators what looks like....
and ran through some overdrive effects and a very VERY subtle reverb to polish it off.
Experiment, what happens, is up to you.
Keep up with the work!
