moving to birmingham

im moving to birmingham on sunday to go to university to do sound production.
ne 1 live by there that might wana do some collabs or what ever.

I was thinking more along the lines of Black Sabbath, Judas Priest, Napalm Death, Godflesh...
But do you really believe that one's geography has absolutely no influence on one's music? I dunno about that. Maybe they're not exactly in lockstep, but otherwise why do regional "sounds" evolve?
