Value of Dubstep

I have been collecting many styles for many years. In recent times Dubstep / Grime / Breakstep have really captured my imagination. I really like these genres and I am really pleased that vinyl is a big part of them.
I am wandering what is the rarest and most valuable Dubstep / Grime / Breakstep tune out there please?
For me some tunes have cost me more than normal and only after a few months after the release. I reckon that in time some of these tracks will be truly collectible and rare. What do you think please?
I had to search out War001 (before it got repressed), Our Sound 1 LP (from Australia) and some early Texture tunes took a while to track down. The most expensive was the Our Sound 1 LP.

Our Sound 1 got repressed this year, so it's not rare at all anymore. Should be in stock with most shops still. Early Texture isn't that rare either, you could find most of them for under a tenner each.
DMZ001, DMZ002 and DMZ007 are some of the rarest/most expensive. Also, SKULL001 and SKULL002.

I see - thanks man. Sometimes you just dont know if the repress is coming.
Mind you I didnt miss out on those DMZs - got on the Digi stuff ever since I heard them on Peel.

SKULL002 is actually the first dnb vinyl i bought alongside with TEMPA011 from a recordshop here in Stockholm.

just out of curiosity, since I own those listed and don't really follow the scarcity of such items, how rare are these???

You never know, I mean Acid or Ecstasy sold on ebay last week for over $80 for a used copy on vinyl. I'd love to add that to the collection, but didn't have an extra $80 to divert to a single record. That's one of those classic early/mid nineties rave tracks that was a straight banger back in the day.
Dubstep will have the same potential, especially for the younger folks that will form a connection with some track on the dance floor & want that feeling back 10 years later you know?

Early Ghost and Big Apple are quite rare these days. Especially the coloured BA pressings.

Wernt DMZ 001 and 002 lost so will never ever see a repress. Correct me if Im wrong.
And DMZ 007 is probably the crown jewell in many people's collection if they have it.

yep the metalwork was lost (happens more often than you'd think), so they would need to be remastered to be re-released...
I'd say Tempa 001-007 and In Fine Style LP are also up there with the rarest/most sought after.
btw Our Sound is def still about, I saw some in Chemical the other day...
