DHL - Fucking stnuc...

Ordered an item online, DHL were to deliver it.
I put the address down, 55 bermondsey street..they went to deliver it yesterday and failed and apparently "left a card" so I phoned up and rescheduled for today and they failed again.
Now they wont re deliver until fucking Monday........
Anyone ever had any bad experiences?

Slow fucking stnuc... Took them 3 weeks to deliver a parcel, got it yesterday and then it turns out my order wasn't even in it
Recently it took them a month to deliver a pair of sneakers, cos they somehow returned them to the shop which then had to re-order...

i work for a large uk chain of stores who use many delivery companies inclueding DHL and this sounds perfectly normal.
best thing to do is contact the shop who has sent it and say a card hasnt been left and they will normally resend it, if your gunna be out get it delivered to a mate, or a work adddress.
If you think this is bad ive been waiting over three weeks for the rusko vinyl
i won on here from chemical records, royal mail are by far the worst
couriers, and from now on unless i was getting a record delivered to work
i wouldnt bother ordering a vinyl if it was being posted royal mail

Thats the thing though, the office is manned between 8am and 7pm...
