Here is a tutorial on basic sidechaining using FL's built in plugs. Also, there are very nice VST plugins which can also accomplish this within the FL realm (db audioware sidechainer/gater is the first to come to mind).

Good luck! :)

On your kick drum channel set up a peak controller

On each channel you want to sidechain, put a compressor and turn the gain up a bit.

Then right click the gain control on the compressor and link to controller.

Then link to internal controller and select Kick Peak from the list.

Finally go to the peak controller, make sure you unmute it and play around with the settings until you get the desired effect.

Done.

I do something similar to this but I don't use a compressor, just the peak controller. It's really ducking. Say you had a kick that you want to punch through your bass line.

1) Assign peak controller to your kick track (make sure you have your tracks assigned to separate sends in the mixer).
2) Click mute to unmute (muted by default)
3) Right click on the volume slider for your bass track in the mixer and select 'Link to Controller'
4) From the Internal Controller drop down, select 'Peak' for your kick track.
5) Click the arrow next to Mapping Formula and select 'Inverted' (this makes it so the volume of the bass goes down when the kick hits instead of going up)
6) Click 'Accept'.
7) Go back to the Peak Controller under your kick track. Adjust the Base to around 20% so the highest volume of the slider in your mixer is at 100%. If you don't do this, it will be all the way up at 125% and louder than the rest. Adjust the volume knob in the peak controller accordingly for how quiet you want it to get...all the way to the right and the volume for the bass will go all the way down every time the kick hits.
