Don't use dubplate.net for MP3's, it doesn't work and getting in contact with them doesn't work either. I'll be contacting my bank once 30 days are up.
That said, they were great for vinyl, they just suck at MP3's. Such a shame!

I'll be honest, I'm hoping for some assistance, surely online retailers can't just take money and run!? I might try contacting Worldpay too if all else fails.
I wish I'd paid on my credit card then you definitely have some money back protection.
I'm secretly hoping dubplate.net pull their finger out and send me the tunes I ordered. Time will tell!

first the good ole cheek:

anyway,
digital-tunes is good folks and good business and their file formats are all the same price. their interface is great and everything is pretty much great
i order records from juno sometimes (because they ship promptly) and since i have an account i have used it for download. no problems
beaport has a lot of stuff others may not. fuck getting wavs from them though. and the latter pisses me off so i only use it if i have to.
bleep is the rabbit in the hat and has lots of stuff you didnt think was available.
make sure you're not spending extra for WAV files for no reason. i would look for any release i think of buying on digital-tunes FIRST.

I gave up on that idea a few weeks ago, even though they still have the cheek to email me about there latest stock.

Bah! I'll be hoping for a positive outcome. Still can't believe they have a chance of getting away with it.

yeah, shame on dubplate.net...
(sorry mods but they took my money which isnt cool...)
on a positive note....
big up Earthling and the DFNT/Echodub crew... the iThink stores are great and once you register with one you simply use the same log in details to buy from any iThink store - you dont need to register over and over...
iThink stores are the 'under the counter, cheeky white labels' of the digital world...
support, support, support!!!

To all those that didn't get their mp3s from dubplate - have you tried ringing them? I did and they sent the files pronto. Worth a try
