Granted she is a fucking moron, but it does make me sick for other reasons too. She was apparently addicted to cosmetic surgery, if her surgeons had done what any real fucking doctor should have done and actually tried to treat her, ie refer her to psychiatric or psychological services for help, rather than keep giving her these procedures that were fairly obviously a symptom of something slightly bigger than a bit of insecurity about the way she looked.

Doesn't make her any less of a fucktard, but the blame isn't entirely hers
