Site is private property approximately 90mins drive from Brisbane in the direction of Maroochydore. Directions will be posted on the blog @ http://www.myspace.com/illegalvalue closer to the date. This is a legitimate event with the authorisation of the property owners that will provide a safe and secure environment for all ages. There is adequate parking, camping space & permanent shelter with toilet facilities for 300 people. Please follow all directions of event crew at all times- the promoters reserve the right to remove any persons failing to observe these directions & confiscate property (including transport) for the duration of the event if deemed a hazard.

NO DOGS, NO FIRES & NO RISKY BEHAVIOUR. TAKE ALL YOUR OWN RUBBISH INCLUDING CIGARETTE BUTTS, CANS, BOTTLES & TOPS WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE. THANKS!

Fuck fuck fuck, im coming to Australia on the 4th of January, working holiday visa, and staying on the sunny coast for a couple of weeks untill i move to brisbane with the girlfriend.
Do events like this happen often in the bris area?

Had Loefah a few months ago, and Scuba a few months before that. Goth-Trad a few more again.... pretty sparse really. The Dank Morass crew do a good job getting to good gigs into Bris.

Mind you, Joker was only here weekend before last & Flying Lotus, The Bug & Warrior Queen + Starkey are all out in just Jan/Feb next year!

On the outdoor front, we're planning our next *SMASH!!!* event with International Guests in May, and intend to do a few smaller events with locals as well as a renegade bass & breaks system/stage at other's festivals before then..... keep an eye on http://www.myspace.com/illegalvalue

Long range forecast for next weekend says rain, so just wanted to reiterate there is a large permanent, safe & secure shelter on-site that can accommodate 300 party-goers comfortably with full facilities inside- Toilets, Food vendors etc.

As also mentioned previously there is only a few hundred meters of dirt road to the site from where the sealed section ends, which is a gentle incline on your way out that most vehicles would manage in wet weather without difficulty. And if you are unfortunate enough to loose traction or get bogged, there is enough machinery on-site to tow you out with a minimum of fuss

Tickets sales in stores will end Christmas eve, although you will still be able to purchase on-line @ http://www.oztix.com.au until 4pm Boxing Day.
