Reasonable priced, don't need excessive storage space 100-200 gig should do. I have a Macbook if that has any bearing on choice.

Any suggestions?

Try and get one which has 7200rpm rather than 5400.

i got one of those mini-hard drives from WD (the ones that don't need a charger). but the main problem is that if the usb cable is too long, my mac doesn't recognise it, because the power is too weak. its super annoying. make sure you get a short cable so it powers up properly.

Out to the WD massive. Yeh their hardrives are very good and reasonably priced I got a 250gb 2 years ago and works very well and only 60 quid probably around 40 now.

that's what i've got. it's super reliable but best thing about it is it looks hot. as hot as a hd can look.

What Ness said. Awesome HD's in my experience, look lovely and fit in well on my desk. And perform great too.
