ya know, also, "wobble" doesnt always have to come from LFO's

i like when synths really freak out and the ghosts of audio start runnin the show if ya know what i mean.

most big dubstep releases these days dont even have the wobble...

even the big boy labels can release the "other" stuff safely these days thanks for the success of Martyn, 2562 and TRG

I think it depends what phase the producer is in ..
There is a lot of wobblers out there but the only reason you hear those the most is cause thats whats popping in the clubs - you'll find a lot of DJs doing radio shows where wobblers are not the key of the set, like Threnody for example - nuff energy packed tunes but not a intense amount of wobble..

Its a sound whats been rinsed a bit but theres LOADS of producers who do it well and they have respect and people buy there tunes, I think its just about dwelling deeper in the scene and finding what artists you like an also checking out unsigned/lesser known producers cause I tell you theres LOADS doing things insanely differently !

In a short sentence ...

A lot of people are doing it but its not a key thing in the sound and theres a load more doing it differently.

i think really without wobble, dubstep loses its fundemental "dark" side and becomes too "light" so its a bit gay really.

The wobble is by no means fundamental but when you hear a sick wobble on a fat system is does make you freak out...
