Logic is PISSING ME OFF

Serious.

So I've made my tunes in reason, looking to give them a polish with logic, export all the stems and put them into logic, but every time I do it, it randomly slows everything down!
FOR NO REASON. Everytime I put my wavs in, they get pitched from 140 to like 127 or something.

Also, I got a new external soundcard, and it works with everything, but logic doesn't even have an option to change the output! WTF.

How can I pay £100 for a program that is so ridiculously frustrating.

Please someone help me haha

i think the reason for your problem is that the samplingrate off the wavefile is not the same as the samplingrate of logic..

i think your wavefile has a samplingrate of 48 khz but logic works with 44.1 khz.

it is possible to change the samplingrate of logic to 48 khz.

Does anyone know anything about setting up soundcards for logic?
I've been trying all morning!

yeah its the sample rate, if do it at 44.1 there will be no problems.
if you still need help setting up your soundcard let me know.
you just need to set up the asio setting on the audio driver 2 tab in preferences. that's all i did at it works perfectly.

goto audio midi settings, and check its all ok. and make sure you have your soundcard has the most recent drivers. Setup the same sample rate in logic that you exported the audio with in reason.

Think thats all...

Interesting. I found that the wav's that I exported yesterday (from Logic) at 48 slowed down when reopened with Logic but played fine elsewhere. I hadn't considered exporting them at the default 44.1. I was wondering WTH happened.
