We can if necessary get our hands on more copies direct from distro to fill demand. We have taken 4 orders of this thread now. We will take down the payment link from our website and myspace as soon as we cannot get our hands on more.
The price is £11 for worldwide delivery at priority postage. We throw in extra goodies for UK customers.
