i'm quite into this at the moment, and think that headhunter is at the top of the game when it comes to this sound. i'm a big fan of richie hawtin, so naturally i'm going to like this style. just wondering how much of this stuff is out there and some opinions on it

I'm a big fan of minimal too. Off the top of my head, check out the villalobos/shackleton collaborations, and pinch - motion sickness on tempa allstars vol. 5.

plenty of this stuff at the moment. pangaea, a made up sound (2562), peverelist, pinch, t++, untold, spatial...
add: keep an eye on the labels tectonic, hessle and applepips.

If your BIG on this sound you need to get yourself a copy of dubstep allstars 6 (mixed by appleblim) a compleate mix dedicated to the dubstep techno crossover!
Also a copy of ariels by 2562 wouldn't go amiss!

Check out "Vista- Ripple" forthcoming on Scruffy_Hoodlum.
Fits nicely into the minimal techy side of dubstep
