Converting .mov to .wav

I have a .mov file that I want to convert to .wav to use as a sample on reason, does anyone know how I could dot this? Oh and I have a mac, but could get access to a pc if required.

Just drop it in some audio editor?

easiest way is just loop a line from soundcard output to line in

or just use stereo mix as your recording device.

Drop the file in SX3 and u can extract the audio in the audio/video pool page (rt click on the file)
