January 2009 sees Sheffield’s two best underground nights joining forces at the Redhouse to present two of the Steel City’s most important, cutting-edge underground dance music producer/DJs of the past decade. For free! The rest of the music will be provided by a selection of the residents from the two nights involved and all the proceeds from the event (there will be plenty of bucket shaking) will go to the RNID’s Don’t Lose The Music campaign. It attempts to highlight the risks to hearing from loud music in clubs, at gigs and from using personal audio equipment and deserves supporting as much as possible.

So . . .

Tinnitus vs. Room 303 present:

The RNID 'Don't Lose The Music' Benefit Freeparty

Friday January 16 2009 @ The Redhouse, Solly St, Sheffield

Oris Jay
(Planet Mu / Texture)
A Sheffield boy through and through, Oris is widely accepted as one of the forefathers of Dubstep. His trademark dark sound revolutionized the UK garage and breaks scenes and laid the foundations for the progressive, intelligent sound of 21st Century Dubstep. Expect a set of forward thinking, sublimely selected pure bass meditation.

Mobile Dogwash LIVE
(Stay up Forever / Cluster)
Former residents at the recently departed Sheffield rave behemoth Headcharge and with releases on some of the UK’s biggest techno labels, Iain Muntatronic & Big Ron Atomizer will be playing a full-on set of bass heavy, pounding, hands-in-the-air techno.

Support from a selection of the superb residents from the two nights, all killer no filler (or your money back).

9 while 3, free entry, donations strongly suggested.

All proceeds to go to the RNID's 'Don't Lose The Music' campaign www.dontlosethemusic.com

Sound on the danger rig, lighting by Billy DMX/the laser guy.
