where can i get hold of any dj madd tunes?

Anyone know where i can get holf of any of his tunes, been breezing the internet and can only find numbers released, would love to get hold of 'vibez' but i have a sneaky suspicion that it hasnt been released at all but can anyone clarify? thanks
