What is the title of this snowboarding film?

I've been loking for this snowboarding film for years and yea but can't find it.
It open with the quote ""beware the beast man, for he is the devil's pawn. alone among god's primates, he kills for sport or lust or greed. yea, he will murder his brother to possess his brother's land. let him not breed in great numbers, for he will make a desert of his home and yours. shun him; drive him back into his jungle lair, for he is the harbinger of death." (Just found this in the quotes thread!)
Also has Supertramps sensible song and...
.. Mike Micklechuck doing the first double back flip you ever saw to a DJ Shadow tune!

Its got a scene with J P Walker (or whatever his name is) getting out of bed, with his hair done in corn rolls and cruising the street in some pimped out SUV and then getting out and being beaten up by some gangstas.
that is all i can remember

hmmmm....... hold on a minute.
I might be confusing movies here.
Can anyone confirm that the Mike Michalchuk double backflip to the sounds of DJ Shadow is in this film?
