Skream thinks he's a genius, but he's not, he's over-rated.

i think the biggest contradiction is from how the sound used to be a few years ago to the messy as fuck beats coming out today

Lots of people - "I hate Rusko's tunes, its not dubstep!"

Joe Nice - "The best thing about dubstep is that i has no boundaries"

!!!!!!!!

Big up Joe Nice and Rusko

When the DJs talk in their sets... leave that to the MC , or don't talk at all, it isn't a damn talkshow

I'm not sure I get this thread. And honestly if you're going to post a thread like this you should at least be able to provide an example of what you mean in the first post.

All the people who don't get it: why don't you just look up the definition of contradiction, and it becomes very simple suddenly.

"A combination of statements, ideas or features which are opposed to one another."

Such as the above fact that some people diss producers for not being "dubstep" while maintaining the belief that there is no clear definition of the genre as such.

err, yeah.. and can you play from edge to outro, and leave a lil gap between songs, and broadcast in 320 while your at it. 8)

dubstep isnt to contrarian if you ask me but, perhaps, 17 year old suburb kids throwing up gunfinga and talking a ton of mess maybe.

saying that rusko is boring = coolness
saying that kode 9 is boring = suicide

i like both by the way.

also popular producers that get pissed when someone makes an unofficial bootleg of their track and places it on myspace..
when they at the same time didn't ask permission to the big reggae artists to use the acapellas on their biggest tunes..

yeah, which they then release and make money off, as oppose to just playing in their sets. silly.
