hey guys
k ive been reading these forums all day after being inspired by ruskos masterclass vid. i have fl studio 8 and sony acid. so yeh, i have a few questions
does fl studio have a timeline? or am i blind 0.0. coz to me all i see is adding channels, clikcing a button for the beat, and it looping.
in acid, the media manager tab is empty.
is there a program thats got features like garageband(clear timeline)but like fl studio, which endless possiblities?
im very new to this, and ill try and contribute to the forums as much as possible
please dont comment things like "the fourn has the key"(which is hilarious btw) or any form of mockery :/ ty ty
EDIT: i also have ableton, which i cant figure out either, dispite the tutorials :/ i assume fl studios is the best out of the 3?

I don't understand
FL has a clock, timeline, and the option to change the display (time, bars, beats, etc) hasn't it? I wasn't hallucinating that was I? h3l9...

This is what you want --->

It has a timeline just like garageband, it has all the possibilities of FL Studio and it's free!
Good luck!

A great place to learn about Reaper is on the official Reaper forum! --->

I totally agree, the support for reaper in general is great, get the user guide it explains a lot of things very well.
