'Heaven In her Arms' is my favorite song of theirs, but 'No Heroes' is their best album I would say. It reminds me of sludge metal mixed with crossover thrash.

Yeah they were incredible in 2005. I saw them with Sex Positions and the Dillinger Escape Plan. Had to miss them every time since then. Well, I love 'You Fail Me' too, but yeah, 'No Heroes' surpassed my expectations. I remember back when they released an mp3 with a preview of every song and fiending on it until the record leaked, getting it from the record sto' the moment it hit the shelves.

'Jane Doe' was a 2001 release, 'You Fail Me' was 2004. I saw them live last year on April Fools with Genghis Tron, Baroness & The Red Chord, easily best act of the night, but with heavy competition.
I think J's lost his voice, poor guy, but he still gives good performances. Plus, the band is so tight.

i'm torn between poacher diaries and jane doe for my favorite.
i dig the rawness of poacher diaries, but jane doe provided more song structure and melody.

So what you sayin'? I probably said that somewhere.... Certain aspects of music I like but then other aspects of a song I might not like. If you switched up the singer with someone who has a good voice (in my opinion), I might be a fan.
