胃癌 临床病理分期
我国胃癌治疗 TNM 分期：全国胃癌协作组参照 UICC 倡导的 TNM 分期法，根据原发病灶的大小、浸润深度、淋巴结转移程度及有无远处转移等条件，于 1978 年初步制订了我国的胃癌 TNM 分期法。
（ 1 ）原发肿瘤（ T ）分期：
T1 不管肿瘤大小，癌灶局限于粘膜或粘膜下层的早期胃癌。
T2 癌灶侵及肌层，病灶不超过 1 个分区的 1/2 。 ( 分为 3 个区 )
T3 肿瘤侵及浆膜，或虽未侵及浆膜，然病灶已超过 1 个分区的 1/2 ，但未超过 1 个分区。
T4 肿瘤已穿透浆膜，或大小已超过 1 个分区。
