Only heard two of the tracks.
Omen = Fookin Classic (Back on form after Fat of the Land)
Invaders Must Die = Uninspired and completly utterly shit (WASTE!!!)
Imo of course hehe
What do you think?

You must be having a laugh, that Omen tune is fucking terrible!
Cheesy vocals, gay synths, sounds like Pendulum for fucks sake.

Problem is, I like early pendulum stuff.

(Masachist is a rude track and you're dizzy if you believe otherwise hehe)
I take it your not Prodigy fans?

I'm listening to Voodoo People as I type, missing the older shit.
EDIT: Fuck Voodoo People, it's all about No Good.

I had my drum n bass phase, but never pendulum, they were so obviously shit, I don't understand that whole 'they was mental back in da day, u know u loved it!11' attitude, they've allways been shit!

They both sound dire. Your Love ftw.

Fuck post-Jilted Generation Prodigy... lowest common denominator shit.. they're rave's Pendulum, it's just we were all too young to notice.
Experience and Jilted Generation are certified classics. Nothing can fuck with them. Everything after that is utter waste.
It's ironic that the band that admits to ripping off their sound (Pendulum) and actually got famous by remixing one of their tunes (Voodoo People) is now their most obvious influence...
FUCK THE PRODIGY.

Dizzy
Seriously, Pendulum broke boundaries with Masachist.
It was the first song to contain multiple types of bass every three seconds and sound good while doing it!
Not to mention it is well produced, swapping from the intro into full on skank out with a lion roar! Brappleberry on a Tuesday!
Do you like this, or is it to cheesy? --->

This is alright, but if you're talking about good drum and bass with multiple disgusting basslines, let me refer you to
this.
Fuck your pendulum.

Yep.
These two new songs are pitiful. "Future of dance" my fucking arse.
Absolute shite.

Nah i'm not feeling it, sorry man, but if i wanted to listen to rinsing drum n bass i'd put on some limewax, dylan or DJ Hidden.

Second person to suggest limewax I see.
Good taste comes in groups I guess?

The intro is good, builds up expectations for a big tune.... but then...?

It doesn't really do what I thought it would do, ie, get me out of my seat bouncing around the room like a loon (which 'Masachist' certainly did the first time I heard it).
But more importantly, when was this released? 2008 vs 2004.... Masachist was pissing on the scene years before the likes of Noisia etc
Pendulum are good producers, even if you don't like their sound or the fact that they actually earn their living doing what most of us only dream of...!
At the end of the day, I like the new Omen track by the Prodigy, although the other one is clearly shiiiiite.
Bring on the new wave of 'dnb'/rave/dubstep releases 09!

I heard a few of their new songs were alike to their experience-era stuff.

Whereas when they were making relevant music, their second CD sounded entirely different from anything you'd heard them (or anyone else, frankly) do before.
Old, tired, boring, completely out of ideas and utterly sold out.
The Prodigy were my favourite thing in the world when I was about 12. I used to play the bleepy riff from Break and Enter on my touchtone phone.

I've heard the whole album, I like it. I agree that Invaders Must Die is the weakest track on it. Take Me To The Hospital is my favorite track.
