I used to own a Novation Supernova 2, which comes with a manual that has a guide to analogue synthesis at the start.

After reading so many posts about sound design and sound design related topics, I though I would try and help and point the people searching in the right direction.

Anyway, here goes.
Go to the novation website.
http://www.novationmusic.com/support/us ... ernova_ii/
and download one of the user guides.

Supernova II Rack - English (1.13 MB)
or
Supernova II Keyboard - English (1.12 MB)

a file should download that should open up into a folder with 3 files.

the guide to analogue synthesis is at the start of the
snviir_manual_os13.pdf file.

Good luck.

Nice one.
Searched amazon the other day for sound engineering and sound synthesis books too, and found this book that looks pretty cool.
