The label on my NEXT boxer shorts is interested in dubstep but has not quite plucked up the courage to come with me to a rave yet. 'One day Frederick, one day, you hear me you fucking pussyole?'. Going commando is big tho shteellll.

my advice would be get DJs playing your stuff
your tunes aren't bad.

to get dj's playing your stuff you got to get tunes pressed and enough at that to give out to the right dj's dont quote me on this but i'm guessing it cost quite a bit to get stuff pressed?

not at all mate
send out CDs and MP3s. You can get in touch with most people in the scene through this forum and private messages. many DJs have and use CD decks / serato scratch so there's no cost of pressing involved, apart from a 10p CD or whatever.
check out
www.subfm.com - the DJs there are a good place to start out from.

Oh cool thanks mate. So i just get in contact with them and send a cd in and if they like it they might possibly play it, is that how it works? sorry for the questions just that i've been producing for a long time now and really need to get this stuff out there.

You can find almost any link u need on myspace.
contact who you wanna send your mix CD to. internet radios are a gud place to start, like sub fm. then go to FM radio DJs for stations like rinse, heat, de ja vu etc. I kno dat Darkside is lookin 4 new talent.
then the big DJs like plastic, skream, logan, cameo who play at big events and high profile stations like kiss and 1xtra.
jsee what happens init
