I'm just gunna be serious for a second
Processing, distortion, overdrive, etc etc etc....... You can't just make a sound and expect it to be perfect, thats the reason why FXs exist, to push more out of a basic sound to make it more interesting and such..Also layering an using buses to combine loads of sounds together and treat them with the same FX settings so they sit better together.
Ok, now ive been serious

I'm sure this exact same question popped up a few days ago.
If your using massive try adding the S+H fully wet and the pitch real high at about 3 t0 4 0'clock. On the routing have it come after the filters.
Try a comb filter after the first low pass filter (in series) with the pitch at 2 to 3 oclock with damping and feedback reasonably high.
Try a bitcrusher after the filters too but personally don't rate the one in massive try one externally.
Also try the search function
