HELLO ALL !

Valve Street Team, recruiting! ALL OVER THE UK!!!!

What we are looking for is someone who will not only just flyer but also bring something back to the table with the promotion situation. As you can see the internet now plays a huge part of promotion. We need our Street team members to not only be hands on but also checking the net and promoting through the net. Looking and searching for new sites that are good for the promotion of Valve events etc.

This is very important as we have been working with promoters and have not put on a purely Valve event for nearly 5 years. The social networking sites are a huge help in promoting so if you are on i.e Facebook, My Space etc or even forums - updating and promoting through this would be part of the situation.

off the DOA interview

DOA: We're assuming this is going to be a huge success - if our assumption is right, can we possibly see this be an annual thing? And where else can fans expect to hear the Valve Sound System this year?

Lemonde: We intent to do 3 production-themed events a year: THE SUMMER SLAM is to kick off the summer. We also intend to kick off our nationwide DJ and MC competition the day after the May 23rd event. The final will be hosted at Herbal in Shoreditch, London, the week of the Carvinal Weekender and the DJ/MC will get to perform at that event.

The Carnival Weekend, which will be based on Mardi Gras, Carnival, Cirque du Soleil - expect dancers, lots of visuals and some odd shit going on (bring ya cameras)!

VALVE presents FRIGHT NIGHT: THE HALLOWEEN / BONFIRE NIGHT SPECIAL - this event will be themed on all things HORROR!!!
