I went from Stanton 500's to Shure M447's and there's no turning back. I've been using the Shure's for years now and have had no reason to look for a different cart.

Seconded - M447's - the loudest out, cheap to replace, last for a good minute, track well when scratching... theres a reason they're still pretty much the turntablist standard after many many years...

Yep , go with the Shures . I've had Stanton , Ortofon and Shure , and the M447's have the best tracking and pick up by far.

Recently moved to the M447's and will never look back, stick to the record and so much more low end as well!

If you need them with headshells this is the best price I've seen
