There is a whole world down there that I just didn't hear before. Never mind hear, feel.
But... where do I put the sub? I've got krk 5's in a very tight nearfield arrangement.
I'm worried about sound transmission into the floor, so am thinking of lifting it off the floor, but do I have stereo considerations? Any other considerations?
Can I keep the sub under my desk? How directional is the sub cone?

get yourself a 20 quid SPL meter, download Room Eq Wizard, analyse the room with the sub switched off and then try different sub placements, levels and crossover freqs until you get a healthy curve without too many mad dips or peaks. if you've spent money on a sub, it's worth taking the time to set it up properlynowaysj wrote:Hey ch'all...
