my advice. find out where the server & company is based before you submit tunes. many countries have different copyright laws. for example : a company that is based in california, may run the server with all the content in places that don't respect international copyright. i'm not saying digitaltunes is a scam. all i'm saying is do your homework on companies like this. especially when you go to their site and they don't have a physical address listed. go to internic and find out the location of the server. you might submit your tune, and find out that you don't have rights to it any longer. for every legitimate digital distro point, there are about 5 shady ones. you can't be too careful. read all fine print.

At least in Finnish law the location of the server is irrelevant, you could be hosting your server in Hawaii but you would still have to adhere to the laws of the country the company is founded in.

we'll release both labels (SoundKraft and DubKraft) through them after we've selected a few offers.
and it's me who gave them the piece of advice to come towards the dubscene after sensing there's need for exposure here due to lack of proper distribution. They didn't come here to fish in the pool...

it's no scheme, i know the people involved, the work behind the project, it's actually higher standard of service and transparency than for many others, but you have first to read a bit and understand to figure that out...
