Yeah they've got a great free "lecture series" going, have heard/seen Benga, Goldie, Kirk Degiorgio and even Chuck D give talks about their background and what brought them into music... Very interesting indeed. Would like to hear another session or two from some more dubstep forefathers.

producers or djs or singers or musicians, etc.. :D
rbma last year in barcelona was one of the best experiencies in my life...
ok that the form is huge but it's more than worth! don't sleep!!

they've redesigned their page, so some of the older videos aren't available for now.

just been watching back some of the older videos forgot about this.

I love how excited and enthusiastic the audience looks in all the videos lol :lol:

When I took "The History of Electronic Dance Music" at UCLA in 2000 it was the first time the course had ever been offered, and most everybody I mentioned that to scoffed at the idea, but hey this is gonna be a serious, legit field of study in the future, if it isn't already now...

This was our textbook, no shits!

My final essay was on the history of trance. The only class I ever got an A+ in, and ironically, the only knowledge I garnered that I still use in day-to-day life!

attended the 2005 one is seattle, an unforgettable expirience

Checked the application the other day it's loooooong man. beddingfield in the back of my mind goin i gotta get thru this i gotta get thruu this haha htis probably gona be the first form that i will ever complete on time
