Ok, so whenever I hear videos of people from England it seems within the hiphop/grime/dubstep scene, every is saying "Otap" or something that extent, what does that even mean? I thought they were sayin ol' time (ya know like ol' time killin') but that doesn't make sense. Is it a black british sort of thing (I live in the Canadian prairies) or am I just deaf?
