There's nothing wrong with being different, but these rap collabs drive the bass back to a generic wallpaper sound. It's a cheap way for rappers to make their beats sound grimier and dirtier, but it adds nothing to subtlety of dubstep itself. The US steamroller has raped 8-bit and electro just as much in the past, until the genre was completely hollowed out.
If you want to make it go away, don't support it, don't talk about it, and spend your money on producers and DJ's who try it the hard way.
