On the plus side the sooner they're out, the sooner everyone stops carping on about it.

Swings and roundabouts I guess.

I was happy when Cole left Arsenal. English players have a bad attitude, glad we haven't got any of them in the side.

I'm sure they'll qualify from the group to the finals...

Then crash out on penalties :D

Then witness Linekers sour face/ian wrights inability to breathe

You Engerland fans make me laugh, maybe you should all try imagining that your team have NO chance of winning any major tournament in the near future, unles you stop all this "A NATION EXPECTS" bollocks and start supporting them through thick or thin, accept the fact that you dont have a god given right to win every match and GET BEHIND your team, then maybe then you may get somewhere!

I think you're being quite harsh on these guys, a lot of them are struggling to get by on £50k a week and the pressure of having to kick a ball around for a few hours each week and occassionally being in the papers must be quite stressful. A little empathy is required here I think

England are very fuckin random.

Their team spirit just seems to be rubbish.

They have great players, but they just aren't a unit at the moment.

Thats the one thing Scotland have in their favour, being a strong team - even if the players aren't that brilliant.

But yeah, the excessive pressure and expectations heaped on the national side can't help

 PS. And quit moaning, we have Italy, France and Ukraine in our group. And Lithuania and Georgia look decent too. :?

Thankfully young Aaron Lennon is back. Lets see him run at defenders and see what happens.

Pompey could do a spurs like last season, but I reckon you'll slip away if you get a couple injuries.

And if Chelsea carry on last nights form into Saturday........you're in trouble!
