Any club DJs or Radio DJs on here? Or any recommendations?

Hey,
I work for a radio production company, and we are currently looking to record pilots for hip hop DJs (with the plan to find a regular dep for the regular host) on an established, digital station.
Were looking for technically tight DJs who play out regularly.
Some experience in radio is great, but not necessary. You just need to have energy, something approaching a personality, and an interest in getting into radio.
Does anyone know of anyone I should check out that fits the above? Or, do you fit the above?
Upcoming DJs/producers with a bit of 'pizzazz'?
If so, give me a shout.
