Yeah -- good point. That Pittsburgh/Cleveland rule applies too. Just like Baltiimore/Cleveland or Baltimore/Pittsburgh.

i'm sorry to announce that due to an unforseen circumstance, this month's Subdivision has been cancelled.
both .rar and myself regret this and are looking forward to the July Subdivision.
