Where can get them snares in most of his tunes there soundin nice ive been layering a few snares together from hiphop wav packs creating a simular sound but still doesnt have that crunch

why not just take them from one of his tunes? dance music is all about stealing other peoples samples. Just change it to suit your tune so its not blatantly obvious you stole it from mala!

compression also plays a part in getting a good snare sound...try playing with the attack and release to give it that more crunchy appeal

As above, plus try other stuff that's not a 'snare'.
I must say though, their drums are bench mark quality if not the best

i was recently told that all the early mystikz stuff wasn't actually dubstep, but oingyboingy, which is a name given by crazy d to bongo-heavy dubstep.
i can't specifically remember the snare in changes, but mala definitely uses a lot of drum samples other than kick/snare/hat. try layering up different 'ethnic' drums and shit...bongos, congos, tablas, whatever...
or yeah, just sample it.
