this sound has made me very strange.

i find myself entertaining apocalyptic visions from within extreme social isolation.

i can't seem to relate to much else, these days.

is this normal?

i mean, it's just music right?

I am too hooked, and it's far from just music, it's a way of life

It is weird though. I had always been looking for something darker than metal or even dnb.

When I first heard dubstep in 06 the hair on the back of my neck stood up and something in my brain flicked. I have literally been hooked since.

Theres nothing that hits me quite as hard as hearing a new banger for the first time.

lol i wouldn't say it's ruined my life, I'd say its ruined most other music today. Before I could move to some softer music, despite not being fully into it. But now everything else just feels 'flat', it's difficult to get excited about and you end up just thinking whats the point? I still enjoy some dark dnb, and occassional song from other genres, but a set never ever absorbs me the way a Dubstep one does.

Innit, too true. Reggae, dub n step are the only way forward.

I do believe that Dubstep is a lot more addictive than other stuff, must be subconscious bass waves playing with you rhead or something

keep your influences fresh though, too much dubstep will turn you into a very boring person (musically)

the thing with dubstep is that it spoils you with the bass, so when you've been listening to a mix or just caining some tunes you forget how bass heavy it is, then you slap on some other music and it's like.. wheres the bass gone?

I guess I could say the same about breakcore. Originally... it enhanced all my powers. What appeared to be waste from the Hudson river was a suit that made me more powerful than I could have ever imagined. Little did I know that it was a living, thinking creature, set on using my body to do its bidding. Slowly, I started to lose my mind. It fed on my anger and aggression. If it weren't for those church bells, I.... I have no idea if I would even be here to talk to you guys.
