i like to get out my favorite bong, mr. dobolina (4ft glass on glass) and load up a fat crack rock before i work on tunes... its the only way to fly
seriously though, when i did blow back in the day all i would spin was jungle, cant imagine making a dubstep on it, for that i rely on ganja and h20

I think that creatively I can come up with more ideas when I'm baked but as far as the technical side of things go I don't think it does me any favors.
The last time I blazed and made a track; I came back the next day to listen to a load of over compressed drum beats and just general messiness. I can see how people can make tracks when they're stoned but for me personally I think I make better tunes without it.
It's all down to personal preference really though, whatever floats your boat. As long as music is being made, played or appreciated I can't fault anyone whether they're high as a kite or straight sober.

It's all about some hash occasionally when mixing down, gives you a fresh perspective without the monging nature of weed.

Alot of the worlds best literature, music and art was created during a period called "the great binge" when nearly all drugs were legal and everyone was on it, including things such as Alice through the looking glass, as CS lewis was a big time bunner.
