Some bell end sent me a message on Soundcloud yesterday saying that Im in breach of copyright by using the name "Convict", apparently he owns it and has been using it for years. Now I wouldnt normally get upset by this but this is the SECOND time this has happened to me.......... FML, looks like another name change is fast approaching.

On the plus side the new crop of office temps is looking fairly peng, apart from one bloke who looks like Lemmy from Motorhead.

Rubbish. If he had genuine grievance about it, then you would've got a letter from his lawyers, not a message over fucking soundcloud.

You can only sue for infringement of copyright (assuming he's even got the name copyrighted) if one party can prove loss of income as a result of your using their name.

The day is starting very slowly for me.
I`ve only just really woken up and I`ve been here for 3 hours already.
I took some sinus tablets last night, some hefty ones.
Things became weird after that.
The things are soo damn strong I proceeded to pass out a few minutes later.
I got production itchy so decided to work on some tunes.
Only managed to listen and trip out.
7 min later I was in bed and fighting the eyelids.

I had a similar evening, just swap "some sinus tablets" for "Three large spliffs" and "fighting the eyelids" with "playing with my balls" and you are spot on.

My evening consisted of gym, then cooking solidly for about 2hrs so I had dinner and lunches for all this week at work, then hammering FL for a bit sorting out my new track project.

I think it might have been the 3 bongs that caused system shut-down.

Had that Monday & Tuesday in my place, air con was busted so it was a greenhouse. Thankfully they seem to have sorted it now

our old offices had no aircons during the summer when they first built the offices.
The bosses chose to save on aircons, because you know, 31 C is just not that hot and well really.
All computer can function at that temp right?
Well things very quickly went sideways and all our systems started to shutdown because of overheating.
We got Aircons 2 days later.

here we don't even have AC! The office is divided into 6 blocks and I'm seated in the oldest of them which doesn't have AC... and the owner is not planning to change that.
well at least it isn't raining

Currently I'm humping up against a small orbital fan in hopes I won't melt over my desk today.
Would rather work outside.. in a beer gardren preferably.
