the painted man is one of the organisers, apparently.
some of the stuff about security sounds well dodgy, when i was there in 2004 they were lovely. did they ruin it much last year?

sercuity didnt ruin it for me last year, but they did have a big presence in festival site.
One of my mates got all his druks taxed off him. Wis shite as the sercuity were muntered an just stealin his party presription. What made it worst was later he found out they are NOT allowed to search you without the police being present.
So just politely tell them to fuck off if they try an search you!

The wait has almost done me in, literally.....
I have just spent the last three days in hospital with the very real threat of not being able to go to glade. I had to discharge myself in order to go so I guess we'll see how it turns out.
Although I hardly post here I'll happily hug all of your faces, no questions asked.
I'll be the one with black hair, glasses, facial hair, a lip piercing, flapping jaw and possibly being escorted by medics / security.

Not exactly my finest moment, to be perfectly honest I can't really recall the photo being taken (and i dunno if I would have been vertical had pokes not been there...)
But yeah, only photo I can find of me since the hair got the chop. And I guess rocking the t-shirt will make life that bit easier. If you see me, say hi...standard!
