Depends where you will be located Thursday to Saturday, Wellington and Auckland are (arguably) the 'gig capitals'. Plenty of good local NZ acts on a week to week basis without fail so there'll definitely be something to check out. make sure you go 2 queenstown on a fri - sat! get ya ass down to subculture!

theres heaps of gigs goin on at that time, maybe ya could even get yaself to the luminate festival,

the Queenstown CBD is small as.... but there are heaps of bars & clubs,
Just ask around when ya get there.

Also - Optimus Gryme - Annihilation of the Ego is one of my all-time favourite dubstep tracks. The NZ guys have got something special going on, it's like their heritage is injecting soul into their electronic music, amazing stuff.

yayeh cuz! tis amazing ay, I copped the EP within a couplah days of it dropping & fell in love with it on the get go.

I would go out on a limb & say it is even more soulful than "Alicia"!!
(& that was my fav track last year... till this)
