im trying to start making tunes as quickly as possible now. i have a hard time going back "in" unless i basically go into nocturnal mode and don't leave my room for a week.

I'm not sure how much time I spend in hours, but I tend to work in three main stages: sketch, development, and final mix down. If a track is going well the sketch and development phases will combine together. I typically find that it's better for me to jump around between several tracks because it gives me better perspective on each of them.

6 hours spread to 1 week!!!
i should spend more time tho i think thats why am shit

also some track's i've started like months ago ocassionaly i go back to it.

Damn true. Overthinking and dragging it on and on will only cause fatigue and self doubt. With that said, I take forever.

just long enough to be sick of it by the time it's finished Then again I think its prob a good thing, cuz if I sick of it it means I've really put good effort and a lot of time into it.

A day to make drums and synths etc. Couple of days for automation, layout, EQ'ing etc. I never feel like any of my tracks are finished tbh

That for sure, I never really finish anything I just eventually give up on it. Though I think everyone feels like this...
