I've always considered stella to be a light beer. It's a good one though.
This is what I'm drinking right now. Full Sail Old Boardhead Barley Wine, 9%. Strong, but so smooth...

the worse part is that it's 440 ml.
i noticed this on my last to london.
in belgium at least it's half a liter.

Stella isn't called wifebeater because its strength makes people lairy, its because the people that drunk it were dickheads
despite the huge amounts they spend trying to market it as posh..

I prefer Weissbier to ordinary lager.
Was in Beramo (near Milan) last night and had a lovely 8% beer but I can't remember what it was called!
