surprised no one mentioned cholula til now. thats gotta be my fav for the latin flavors. chimichurri is tight too. my argentinian friend says its not supposed to be hot, but our local priestess of the breakfast taco makes it nice and spicy.

tabasco is my go to for american cuisine/general spicin.

sriracho for the asian steez.

for shear heat and a 'moving experience' its all about the capsaicin. first one i tried with it was daves insanity sauce. not much of a flavor just plain burnin:

I was just crushing scotch bonnets in a garlic crusher for a sauce and then crushed an onion through it and it squirted square into my eye, as i type this my eyebrow is hotter than a motherfucker!!!
Gonna go and wash my eye now!

That stuff is potent. I remember a mate of mine giving some to his little brother. It made him cry.

I don't think I like the refined capsicin ones really, i like to taste the whole pepper, habaneros or scotch bonnet or birds eye!

Word. If it's so hot you can't appreciate the flavour of the chiles then what's the point other than to contest the size of your balls.

I've got a bottle of Cholula and Sriracha at home, and I'm always torn as to which one to use on my food (especially burritos)

agreed, although if something is hot enough, I get high off it, and I go deaf for a few and can't speak properly, so that can be pretty entertaining.
