U should make a video of just creating a quick half assed dubstep track in like 1 mins. Modding lfos assigning hats snares and kick to mixer tracks. And choppin audio etc etc. Or if u know a vid like thatxrylex wrote:dont worry about clip view. or clips. other people may say something different, but trust me, if you want to just jump right in and get in a solid workflow, just use arrangement view.
if you want to look at the mixer only you can use tab to switch back and forth between the two views.
ableton is not confusing, its the most intuitive daw ive ever used. and ive used FL, protools, logic, and cubase at some point in my life.
holler if you get stuck on specifics, otherwise just stay in arrangement view and you will be rockin in no time.
I would like to see this done as well.RandoRando wrote:U should make a video of just creating a quick half assed dubstep track in like 1 mins. yes. If you bought Sytrus, you can download the VST version from their website and run it on any Windows-based DAW.Jas0n wrote:Any way to make Sytrus work in Ableton without rewiring or whatever? Well maybe rewiring is the way to go but all my sounds come from Sytrus ... learning a new DAW is no problem. But a new fm synth? Fuck no.
