Tbf I get where you're coming from I don't really understand why this new stuff (most of which on Beatport sounds like crappy KOAN imitations) got classed as glitch hop... there are good producers making good 90-110bpm "electro" but theres also so much shit.

There are a whole series of the Ableton tutorials that whilst might not be specific to your DAW, still list some good principles for glitch style tricks.

I don't really do glitch hop but I like glitch processes. Basically.... embrace artifacts. Mess around... I dunno. He he he.
