I tripped out in my room last night hearing something in my room making noise like a breathing dog, turned out to be a christmas beetle in my bin making a racket... i was quite baked tho

Yeah, i recently got this for the first time, fucking wierd. I was awake but could hear my mate (whose house it was) chatting some weird shit and shouting at me, but i couldn't open my eyes. Fucking nutty. My mate gets it all the time, just wakes up paralysed.

8bit i wake up with some scars like that in the morning sometimes, and same as you too long and funny angled in weird places (eg. lower back, thigh etc.) for me to have done myself, thought it could have been the corners of shelves or something but then i moved them and it still happens

It's odd how people seem to hallucinate things that they already believe in anyway. I had an african mate who took it and felt like he was surrounded by his dead ancestors, know quite a lot of people that think they've communed with aliens and a few that met up with their religious icons. Loads of those old religious visions were based on people eating wheat infected with ergot, wonder what people would trip and see now.

i think its a misonomer to call it hallucinations.

hallucinations are different. they're like a perception jumble. this is an entirely different mental plane.

You should lay off the weed, seriously. My mate was getting some fucked up shit happening like this after he went and done some spooky stuff, it wasn't until later he found out he had drug induced psychosis caused by smoking weed.

i was thinkin about it though, surely if it was aural hallucinations as some people suggested then it wouldn't be blocked out by earplugs as they are a physical barrier not a mental one to any voices that could just be in your head, although possibly the physical barrier acts as a physochological barrier also if you see what i mean

A mate of mine used to live in this old house that his parents had been trying to sell for ages, but nobody who went there would buy it (and it was fucking nice, seriously), because of all the weird shit that went on. I was chilling there one time (on nothing any stronger than diet coke too) and talking to him about his "visitors" when i saw some old woman over his shoulder looking at me... scary shit.

His bathroom had one of the worst vibes i have ever felt, and i have seen some grim shitters in my time. Kept thinking i saw something over my shoulder, he told me afterwards not to use it cos it so freaky, don't even want to go into why.

Bits of the house were freezing as well, and shit got moved around, his mum even got thrown down the stairs once.

So yeah his parents got divorced and his dad lost his job, but got stuck with this big-ass unsellable house and no money. Sucks to be him.

And i don't even believe in ghosts... not sure what the hell was going on there, my guess is it was infrasound fucking with our heads, some old houses apparently resonate sub-bass below 20hz that causes hallucinations and all sorts of fuckery.

yeah i've heard that theory that certain levels of really deep bass or a certain magnetic resonance can cause hallucinations of both aural and visual type, who's got a tonk home sound system?? maybe we could play something really deep on continous loop and trip out for free...

but yeah my house has some creepy shit goin on, i think its mainly an overactive imagination and being rather pussy about horror films and that, but since i was about 5 years old i've sometimes felt this well creepy presence about the house and that, i'm sure its all in my head but i hate it, just the thought of something/someone creeping up on me in the dark, either that or as its a bare old house could be the above theory in action?
