vex'd definitely used ableton as one of their tools at dubwar this past fall. really,really intense. stateside-dubstep and dubwize, Secret Agent Gel and Kush Arora have done things live that have all but taken my head off, screwed my face around and put it back on upside down. Blurring the lines between djing and producing and really adding an edge of to-the-moment creativity in live performances. Everything's up for grabs and as a listener, i find it really exciting.
Plus i hear the chicks really dig ableton, so that's a plus.
